The rooms were beautifully decorated and offered great privacy, which made it feel like we had our own house. the porch was a great place to hang out at night, taking some of the fresh air before going to sleep. The presence of a maintenance guy was also helpful when our friends, who had to be moved to the hotel because of lack of heating on the first floor, were attended properly.
The locks on both the front and room doors were a pain to deal with, and it would have been better if the front door had a card reader. the hot water took a long time to reach the shower, and the HVAC system on the second floor barely kept the room warm in cold nights.

Loved the cozy and nicely decorated rooms. The privacy felt like we had our own little home to spend time in during our romantic escape. The porch was a great place to relax and enjoy the evening together. The maintenance staff went above and beyond by starting a fire in the hotel pit and assisting our friends when their heating wasn't working. a great experience to enjoy all the amenities while being close to the heart of the city.
The worst aspects were the hot water taking a while to reach the shower and the heating not working for our friends on the first floor. The locks on the doors were difficult to use and could use an updated system.
